Tam 26 y\u0131l sonra, milyonlarca insan\u0131n hasretle bekledi\u011fi o ses, bu kez g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcyle birlikte yank\u0131land\u0131. Abdullah \u00d6calan, 19 Haziran 2025\u2019te \u0130mral\u0131\u2019da kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, ilk kez videolu bir mesajla halk\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcre\u011fine i\u015fleyen derin bir \u00f6zlemin, direni\u015fle yo\u011frulmu\u015f onlarca y\u0131l\u0131n ve bar\u0131\u015f umudunun bir anda v\u00fccut bulmas\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu yaln\u0131zca bir liderin konu\u015fmas\u0131 de\u011fildi. S\u00f6z art\u0131k yeniden \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve halklar\u0131n ortak gelece\u011finin s\u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi, yaln\u0131zca bir politik direni\u015f de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda onuru, kimli\u011fi, dili ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen derin bir ya\u015fam kavgas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kavga, en a\u011f\u0131r bedellerle, en \u00e7etin yollardan ge\u00e7erek bug\u00fcnlere ula\u015ft\u0131. Ve bu yolun \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc, ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ve kurucu akl\u0131 olan Abdullah \u00d6calan, 50 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fan bu tarihsel y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn her an\u0131nda halk\u0131yla birlikte direndi, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc ve yol g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n 9 Temmuz 2025\u2019te a\u00e7\u0131klanan videolu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, 1970\u2019lerin sonlar\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne kadar gelen bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisinin, yeni bir evreye ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan etmektedir. \u201cK\u00fcrdistan Devriminin Yolu\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan tarihsel devrimci perspektif, bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131yla birlikte \u201cDemokratik Toplum Manifestosu\u201dna evrilmekte; art\u0131k silahlar\u0131n de\u011fil, s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerin, toplumsal s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin ve siyasal akl\u0131n zaman\u0131 gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu bir son de\u011fil; aksine halklar\u0131n yeni bir birlik ve ortak ya\u015fam aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n bu yeni manifestosu, yaln\u0131zca K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011fil, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun kadim halklar\u0131 i\u00e7in de bir davet niteli\u011findedir. O, bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131yla K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na sadece bir g\u00f6rev de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir umut vermektedir: Birlikte ya\u015fanabilir, demokratik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir gelece\u011fin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu inanc\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011fa, m\u00fccadeleye ve dayan\u0131\u015fmaya vurgu yapan ifadeleri, bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131radan bir politik a\u00e7\u0131klama de\u011fil, derin bir toplumsal tahayy\u00fcl\u00fcn sonucu oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. \u00d6calan, y\u0131llar\u0131n deneyimini ve felsefi birikimini, halk\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7in yeniden kuruyor. \u201cSilah\u0131n de\u011fil, siyasetin ve toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcne inan\u0131yorum. Ve sizi de bu ilkeyi hayata ge\u00e7irmeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yorum,\u201d derken, onun s\u00f6zleri sadece bir \u00f6rg\u00fcte de\u011fil, bir ulusa, bir b\u00f6lgeye, hatta insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n vicdan\u0131na hitap ediyordu. Art\u0131k silahlar\u0131n susmas\u0131n\u0131, diyalog ve bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyordu. Bu s\u00f6zler, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun kaotik atmosferinde, sava\u015f\u0131n g\u00f6lgesinde filizlenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir zeytin dal\u0131 gibiydi. Bu bir d\u00f6nemin kapan\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve yeni bir ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n m\u00fcjdesini veriyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeni s\u00fcrecin kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 aralamak: Demokratik toplum ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarih, bazen bir halk\u0131n yazg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftiren anlarla hat\u0131rlan\u0131r. Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n videolu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 da b\u00f6ylesi bir and\u0131. Sadece ge\u00e7mi\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fcp bakan de\u011fil, gelece\u011fi kucaklayan, m\u00fccadeleyle yo\u011frulmu\u015f ama bar\u0131\u015fla ta\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmak istenen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ti bu. \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6zleri, sadece siyasal de\u011fil, derin bir ahlaki, felsefi ve toplumsal y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Ve \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n merkezinde, \u201cg\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ge\u00e7i\u015f\u201d vard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6calan, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel miras\u0131 inkar etmeden, onu reddetmeden; aksine onurland\u0131rarak, halk\u0131n m\u00fccadelesini ba\u015fka bir a\u015famaya ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 \u00f6nerdi. Silahl\u0131 m\u00fccadelenin yerini art\u0131k siyasal m\u00fccadele almal\u0131yd\u0131. Sava\u015farak var edilen kimlik, \u015fimdi bar\u0131\u015farak ya\u015fam\u0131 in\u015fa etmeliydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYap\u0131lan silahl\u0131 m\u00fccadele a\u015famas\u0131ndan demokratik siyaset ve hukuk a\u015famas\u0131na g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcce ge\u00e7i\u015ftir. Bu bir kay\u0131p de\u011fil, tarihi bir kazan\u0131m olarak de\u011ferlendirilmek durumundad\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00f6zlerde korku de\u011fil, g\u00fcven; teredd\u00fct de\u011fil, kararl\u0131l\u0131k; geri \u00e7ekilme de\u011fil, ileriye do\u011fru a\u00e7\u0131lan bir yol vard\u0131r. Bu ge\u00e7i\u015fin g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini \u00f6zellikle vurgularken, dayat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bar\u0131\u015flara de\u011fil, halk\u0131n iradesiyle \u00f6r\u00fclen bar\u0131\u015flara inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda en \u00e7ok y\u00fcre\u011fe i\u015fleyen, derinden sarsan c\u00fcmlelerden biri \u015fuydu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBen hi\u00e7bir zaman kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fc bireysel bir sorun olarak g\u00f6rmedim. Felsefi olarak da ki\u015fi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc toplumdan soyut olamaz. Birey \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fti\u011fi oranda toplum, toplum \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fti\u011fi oranda birey \u00f6zg\u00fcr olabilir.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sadece bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce de\u011fil; bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminin, bir m\u00fccadele ahlak\u0131n\u0131n ve halk\u0131na adanm\u0131\u015f bir \u00f6mr\u00fcn manifestosudur. \u00d6calan burada kendini de\u011fil, halk\u0131n\u0131 merkeze koyuyor. Bar\u0131\u015f bir suskunluk de\u011fil; s\u00f6zle, m\u00fccadeleyle, yolda\u015fl\u0131kla \u00f6r\u00fclen bir hayatt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131yla, umutla, heyecanla kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu ses; zindanlar\u0131n direni\u015fiyle, da\u011flar\u0131n sesiyle, sokaklar\u0131n inad\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir sesti. Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131; y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcren bir m\u00fccadelede, \u201c\u015fimdi birlikte yeniden kurma zaman\u0131\u201d diyen bir vicdand\u0131.
