Kayy\u0131m taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131l\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlardan biri merkez Savurkap\u0131 Mahallesi&#8217;nde, 112&#8217;si Nur ve 10&#8217;u ise Diyar\u00ea D\u00ear\u00ea (Acar) k\u0131rsal mahallesinde yer ald\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 152 bin metrekarelik ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sat\u0131l\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131rken, ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn &#8220;konut&#8221;, &#8220;ticaret-konut&#8221;, &#8220;ticaret-turizm&#8221; alan\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. \u0130hale usul\u00fc ile sat\u0131l\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar, 18-19-20 A\u011fustos tarihleri aras\u0131nda &#8220;Kapal\u0131 Teklif (art\u0131rma) Usul\u00fc&#8221; ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek ihale ile sat\u0131lacak. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>648 M\u0130LYONLUK SATI\u015e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sat\u0131l\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn muhammen (ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7) bedeli 5 milyon 207 bin TL olarak belirlenirken, en y\u00fckse\u011finin muhammen bedeli ise 131 milyon 152 bin TL olarak belirlendi.
